The Villa
Built onto inclined grounds the Villa is laid out in three levels all offering spectacular sea views. The Villa offers a total living space of 135sq.m. and consists of 4 bedrooms with built-in closets, 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen-living room. It is ideal for 8-10 persons but can sleep up to 12 people: 8 on beds and 4 on sofa-beds. It has a large terrace with spectacular views, two balconies and a patio at the lower level.

The main entrance of the Villa leads to the upper (middle) level with the open-plan kitchen and the large terrace with sitting, dining and sunbathing facilities.
The lower level features two bedrooms and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The large bedroom features one double bed and two single beds that form a comfortable corner sofa when not used for sleep. The second room offers a double foldable couch and also full kitchen facilities. This level has access to the beautiful spacious frontyard with the patio.
The first floor is comprised of two bedrooms -one double and a twin- and a bathroom with a bathtub. The single beds in the twin can be connected to form a proper large double bed. Facing the sea there is also a wonderful balcony with a wooden pergola.
